The Working Party has continued to look at all planning applications received for the South West Exeter development before making a recommendation on a suitable response at a Full Parish Council meeting.
The further the development progresses the more detailed the planning applications become. The applications are all assessed against the “Building for Life” criteria in conjunction with Parish Council policies (such as the Environment Policy and Neighbourhood Development Plan) and lessons learned from recent development in Exminster.
The group is keen to ensure that the new development is sustainable and a pleasant, well connected place to live for our new neighbours.
