The Parish Council has objected to a planning application for a landfill site at Kennford that backs onto Shillingford Wood. Although this is in our neighbouring Parish of Kenn, there are implications for Exminster, particularly ecological and environmental.
A comprehensive report has been written that sets out the planning policies that the Parish Council considers breached by the proposal. It has been submitted to Devon County Council, District and County Councillors and MP Mel Stride.
